Save me from my past...

My past is haunting my future...
Running away as fast as I can...
Looking through the tunnel of light...
All I want is a chance to correct my mistakes & beat my sin...
My heart hurts & I know there's no one to blame but the demon from within...

Looking through the distance...
Life taking it's course...
Made some tough decisions...
For which I have great remorse...
I will correct my mistakes...
Before my life is done...
I will reconcile the heart's I hurt...
I will ask for forgiveness from each one...

On my knees...
Wishing the pain would go away...
It gets harder each & every day...
But I will not give up...
I will fight till the end...
In my life...
I will see redemption for all my sin...
