I was so blessed to have a dad like you in our lives...

My dad was amazing...
He loved us kids with all of his heart..
He gave us everything he had...
A true leader & father he was...
His character was a work of art...

My dad would tuck us in...
Sometimes reading us a bedtime story...
He would tell us he was proud...
You could see it in his face in all of love's glory...
My mom loved him as all of us kids did...
He was the reason our lives turned out so well...
Teaching us that true character is something earned from within...
That the heart is where your true character lies...
I was so sad...
When my daddy died...
Wish I could hug him one last time...
